Complimentary Memberships
- Pre-Law: Individuals 18+ interested in legal careers (not enrolled in law school).
- Law Student (J.D. and L.L.M): Actively enrolled law students.
- First-Year Attorney: Admitted to practice for 1 year or less.
- Unemployed Attorney Member: Attorneys currently unemployed.

Standard Memberships
- $75 – Legal Professional (Non-Attorney): Paralegals, legal assistants, administrators, and other non-attorney legal professionals.
- $75 – Judiciary (Current or Former): Judges, magistrates, and judicial officers.
- $75 – Retired Attorney (Fully Retired): Attorneys who are fully retired from the active practice of law.
- $75 – Affiliate Organization Attorney (HNBA Affiliate Member): Attorneys who are members of an active HNBA Affiliate organization.
- $100 – Attorney (Public Sector / Public Interest / Academia): Attorneys working in government, public service, nonprofit organizations, or academic institutions.
- $100 – Attorney (Solo or Small Firm): Attorneys practicing in solo practices or law firms with fewer than 10 attorneys.
- $100 – Attorney (Foreign-Licensed): Attorneys licensed to practice law outside of the United States.
- $150 – Attorney (Private Practice or In-House): Attorneys practicing in law firms with 10 or more attorneys or serving as in-house counsel.

- $5,000 - Benjamin Aranda Lifetime (One-Time)
- $6,000 - Benjamin Aranda Lifetime (Installment Plan): $1,000 payable in 6 payments.
